Principles

What the model rules out

No paid placement

We do not buy articles or sponsored mentions, including on news24 or any other outlet.

No success fees on removals

Paying per deletion rewards pressure on editors. We charge for work, not outcomes we cannot control.

No data resale

Client information is never sold or shared beyond what POPIA allows and you approve.

Written scope always

Every engagement begins with a scope letter listing deliverables and fees.
